Chef Sonia Tolot was born and raised in Vittorio Veneto.  As the youngest in a household of sixteen, she learned the art of Italian cooking, while helping to prepare 3 meals a day for her large Italian family.  “Everyone had their own seat at the table and it didn’t change, it was wonderful!”  Daily you can find Sonia in the kitchen, preparing every meal.  She is a true artist of Italian cooking.
